12oz bottle. 7.2% Imperial Stout huh. With the weak art on the label and my previous experiences with Sierra Blanca beer, I’m not expecting much. Chalky chocolate aroma, dry, unimpressive. Sugary, syrupy, malt extract type feel. Drinkable enough with the low ABV. Watery body, thin.

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-brown body. Medium bodied, sweet. Big extractish tasting pecan tones. Decent enough for what it is. Better than the other two Sierra Blance offerings I’ve tried, but still sort of thin.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich candied pecan and cookie note that is backed by sweet grains. Flavor is similarly sweet with candied pecan backed by cookies and sweet grains throughout.

Goes under the name "Imperial Alien Stout" and purchased at Area 51 Alien Center. Pours an almost black colour with a creamy beige head and lacing. Aromas of roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and even leather. Smooth mouthfeel, but a little thin for the style. Almost creamy. Taste of smooth roasted malts, light fruits, cacao and sugars. Goes down nicely as alcohol is well-hidden and this one is quite smooth all around.

Bottle: Dark brown, with a short, beige head. Chocolate powder, nut aroma. Taste is nutty, creamy, chocolate and coffee. Very watery. Would be much better if not so diluted.

Enjoyed at the Pink Taco in Vegas. Pours a slight hazy, light golden colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly, leaving no lacing. Grainy sweet nose with honey notes. The taste is not as sweet though, and finishes very quickly with hints of tequila agave, in the aftertaste. Overall, watered-down and not sure where this one trying to head for.
