Cafe Sara 080619. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, aquavit. Flavor is roasted malt, aquavit, coffee, oak, alcohol, spices. Very nice beer.

Bottle, #GP01, 34 months before bbd (sic.). Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is grainy malts with cereals, toffee, as well as herbal hops with grassy minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is zesty, herbal hops, with pine and citrusy notes of grapefruit, as well as malts with cereals, toffee, heather and earthy minerals. Nice bitter finish.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Covering white head, near-clear golden body, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of bread-like malts and distant dried fruits. Mixed taste profile of noble hops and grainy malts. Drying ending. Oily palate. Accepted. (Tromsø 31.07.2019).

Taste is harsh grainy, weeds, bark, dried grain, sour grass, minerals, hay, old leafs, soil, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh grassy mouthfeel. Meh!
