Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 21.01.17. Pale copper. Small, off-white head. Aroma of sweet, medium dark malt. Similar taste, with a hint of plums. Not bad.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsdalen. Rødbrun. Uklar. Lavt tett skum. Lett bringebæraroma. Smaken det samme. Et bokøl med bringebær? Mer interessant enn god.

330ml bottle bought at Gulating, Tromsø. Clear amber body under an one-finger sized, off-white head with fine duration. Clingy lacing. Pale and brown malty nose additional hints of herbal hops. Grainy caramel flavours joined by bread, earth and herbal hops. Slightly roasted malty end. Easy to drink. Okay as a partner to our Sunday turkey (Tromsø 08.01.2017).

330 ml bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is subtle apples with pale malt. Flavor is pale malt, hint of green, light acidic apples and some yeast. Medium body and moderate aftertaste. Drinkable, but plain and I actually prefers the 4,7% version in this case.

Flaske via DjOeye. Aroma aprikos, blåbær, karamell, malt. Utseende klar brun/orange med mey hvitt luftig skum. Smak karamell,malt, noe frukt, malt, bitterbesk smak av tresirup i ettersmaken

Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish grassy, weeds, bloodlike minerals, sour grass, bark, old leafs, sour caramel, soil, old hay. Taste is harsh mineraly, weeds, bark, metal tank, paper, grass, old leafs, hay, bloodlike minerals, sour grain. Medium bitterness, watery and harsh metallic mouthfeel. Crap!

Flaske fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme på 2.juledag: vakker rødgylden med ok skum. Deilig aroma og smak, her har de truffet balansen mellom bringebær og humle i en solid og samtidig delikat maltkropp. Et riktig godt aperitif-øl, og den var et utmerket følge til middagsforberedelsene.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Drukket på Lillehøgda 11 Sep 16. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Tett treaktig aroma. Smaken sevje. Lett syrlig etter hvert. Tørr avslutning. Mye bunnfall.
