Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours murky orangey brown with a small white head. The aroma is green, weedy, raw, grainy, stinky, doughy bread and cakey malts. The taste is dry, bitter, grassy, green, raw, hot, herbal, tannin, spicy, boozy kick and spice with a drying and grainy finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. A bit harsh tbh. Ok.

Keg at craft beer Co Islington. A hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is tart funky peach raspberry, vanilla, sour,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and sour, woody raspberry, peach, light funk, prickly, hint of horse. Palate is semi sweet, tart, prickly, highish carbonation. Decent.,

Keg at CBC Holborn, 29/08/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is pissy fruit rinds, modest brett, red berry must, damp cloth, hay bale. Taste comprises light red berry balsams, tangy fruit rinds, funk, damp straw, berry skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy fruit edge. Ok stuff.

Keg at CBC CG - London. Pours lightly hazy orange with minimal head. Fairly acidic, lots of ripe berries, leather, earth. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Leathery berry finish, mild lemony acidity, old wood. So so.

[ As Up Front Brewing Ahab ].Clear dark black brown colour with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, coffee, dark malt, malt bitter, medium dry.
