Description
Craig studied Malting, Brewing and Distilling science in Edinburgh, worked in several micro breweries in the UK and also for an independent malt whisky bottler. A bona fide flavour junky, he was naturally attracted to La Belle France where he worked for a few years in Burgundian wineries before settling with his French wife and family in the countryside north of Paris where he started his activities in 2010.
To get the business up and running he used the ultra-scientific, quality-driven de Proef brewery in Belgium and still uses, for the moment, this brewery for the production of the first three creations: Agent Provocateur, Cuvée d'Oscar and Psychedelia. in June 2015 a brewery installation was completed in the French farm-house where he lives.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur). Clear yellow color, big cloudy white head. Citrus, grass and hemp in the nose. Light-bodied, a bit thin palate. Citrus and orange peels in the flavor. On paper this is nice but does not impress.

Clear golden color, small white head. Belgian yeasty, strong grassy hoppy aroma. Slightly earthy. Light to medium-bodied. Strong grassy hoppyness, fruity, a bit alcoholic and earthy flavor. White peppery too. A bit strange for a De Proef belgian ale.

At a tasting, thanks Tom, sallish creamy head, hazy golden to light orange colour, ysty saison aroma with some citrus and flower, soapy bitterness, some fruitiness and a touch of malt in the back. Drinkable but not too exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Noam’s office. Thanks Tom L. Clear golden with a white head. Pleasant floral and citric aroma, hoppy and yeasty, with some fruitiness and light spiciness. Flavor has a bit of sweetness, yeast, fruitiness, some hops, mild spicy notes and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, ruby red glowing, brown colour with huge, frothy, fully lasting, moderately lacing, off-white to beige head. Hoppy and yeasty aroma, fruity, notes of grapes, some orange zest, a touch of caramel. Taste is moderately sweet fruity, bitter hoppy overtones, hints of berries, grapes, orange, orange zest, a touch of candy fruit. Very nice.

A hazy, orange-yellow beer with a big, creamy and blond head. Nose is fresh and tropical, mangos, citrusfruits, some mandarin. Taste of tropical fruits, mangos, citrusfruits, mild bitterness, quite dry. Refreshning, medium bodied, medium carbonation. The fruits have the main part in this psychedelia. The straightforward and tropical fruity beer, tastefull.
