Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, with big white head. Fruity, slightly alcoholic and hoppy nose. Flavour is fruits, yeast, flowery hops and alcoholic. Still, it’s a good mix, even though not maybe the "best BSA".... Long fruity and hoppy aftertaste.

Bottle @ Kerstbierfestival 2006 in Essen, BE. Dark red / brown color with a fair white head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate maybe some brown sugar ?. Flavor is nice sweet and bitter.

Bottle (250ml): Deep amber coloured, small and stable off-white foam; toasted malt and marzipan in the nose; sweetish flavour, quite light bodied, low carbonation; sweetish, slightly sourish-fruity finish with a well hidden bitterness in the aftertaste. Rather bland, easy-drinking beer..........
