I have an Ename trappist glass so I was looking forward to finally trying the beer. Sadly, this one is not so good. Light fruit and malt aroma; standard for the style. Gold and quickly fading head. Flavor has sweet malt and bad iron taste.

Big creamy offwhite lasting head. Deep red-brown body with strong carbonation. Light sweetish licorice, bread, and spice aroma. Taste is watery sweetish cinnamon with light licorice notes. Slightly acidic dryish aftertaste of cane sugar. Not bad, but not very exciting, either. (0.33l bottle.)

33 cL bottle. Pours unclear orange with lasting white head. Has aroma of hops and yeast, slight acidic note. Flavour is sweet and round with fruit. Cabonation - sadly overdone again. Alcohol is present in the mouthfeel rather than taste. Malty finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours deep amber red/nutty brown with lasting white head. Seems filtered as it is hard to call it clear due to the deep colour. Slight acidic and malty aroma. Clear malt flavour with caramel notes. Interesting bitterness that makes me shiver. Simple and good!

33 cL bottle. Pours red, clear with creamy and lasting head. Little aroma when cold, but has figs and coriander on top of hops once warmed up. Taste has it the rest: malt, caramel and fruitiness. Carbonated, they honestly could turn a bit down on this. Lasting hoppy bitterness

33 cL bottle. Pours clear golden with white small creamy head. Clear hop smell. Carbonated. Taste of corn, yeast and coriander. Reminds very much of a pilsner.
