5th May 2019.
Can. Centennial, Aurora and Azacca hops. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts provide a light sweetness. A light but bright citric hop burst quickly fades and becomes quite pithy bitter. Modest hop spice. Touch of citrus peel. The citrus has orange and lemon. Light dry finish. It's okay, just lacks legs on the best part of the hops.

Flavours were burnt malts, ash, toasted suga and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. An unbalanced brew.
