On tap at KCBC, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma reveals dry bready malt, with a bit of toasted nuts. Flavour is nice and malty, with bready malt, gentle sweetness, and a touch of caramel. Dry, bready malt finish. Very good.

On tap at KCBC, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has medium roasted malt and a touch of coffee. Flavour is much the same, with medium roasted malt, espresso, and dusty dry cocoa. Nice malty character, though the palate is rather light. Good stuff.

On tap at KCBC, pours a cloudy rusted pinkish red with a small off-white head. Aroma has plenty of yogurty lacto, cranberry, and a hint of plum. Flavour is sweet and lightly tart, with cranberry, plum, sweetness, and lacto. Typical fruited kettle sour. Reasonably done by too yogurty and lacks depth as usual. Big meh.

On tap at KCBC, pours a hazy yellow blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some tangy hops, light pine, gentle wood, some dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has plenty of chewy pine, gentle tangy hops from the Nelson, and crisp biscuity malt. Good mix of WC-style hops with the Nelson. Very good.

On tap at KCBC, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is timidly hopped, with herbal and grassy notes, and soft grainy malts on the underside. Flavour is clean but under-hopped, with light grass and biscuity malt. Needs more hops. Meh.

Can. A mild haze on this orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a really good fine minerally crisp snap. Light malts, very light but not thin and delivering the right level of creamy sweetness to support the hops. The hops delivery doesn't suck either! Crisp bright pine and a persistent hop spice. Bright fresh and juicy, mandarin, tangerine, mild grapefruit and a little lime. Mild skunk on the back end, fairly well buried. Crisp hop spicy finish. Whew! Best KCBC this old brain can recall for sometime. Bright crisp and spicy and I would say drinkable but it's already been drunk!
