33cl Bottle from Sterk Avondverkoop. Hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of light-bready malts, cucumber, hint of citrus, yeast, hay, light grassy. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, cucumber, light spicy, almost peppery note, light yeasty, nice bitter finish. Light-bodied. Went really well with the spicy food I ate, but it’s a good beer on its own.

Can at the Dean is Movember Porn Star Tasting, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast fruity citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry malt mineral citrus fruit light hop bitter herby palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is citrus, earthy malt. The flavour is acid citrus with a light crisp zesty citrus mineral hop palate with a light bitter finish. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle on the train home during the Isle of Wight Jolly. Pours black-brown with a rich, tan froth. The nose has lots of roast, burnt wood and dry chocolate. Light to medium sweet flavor with notes of ash, earth, chocolate and burnt meat. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nice and roasty on the finish with dry, chalky cocoa. Good balance and depth. Solid.

Draught @ Arendsnest. Slightly unclear reddish to amber color, medium to full sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly caramel, lightly sweet initially, quite hoppy and a nice bitter finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very good brew imo, quite like it. Well done guys!

Bottle shared with dEnk. Hazy yellow color, full sized white to off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, yeast, orangepeel. Taste malts, yeast, orangepeel, a hint of wood, lightly citrussy. Decent body and carbonation. Quite refreshing and crisp.

(Draught at Café Gollem, Amsterdam, 22 Aug 2014) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, bread, coriander and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, tropical fruit, coriander, lemon grass and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, tasty and a bit spicy. Quite nice.
