Draught @ De La Gare. Clear amber color, full sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, smoke, a bit sweeter than I had expected. Decent body and carbonation. Not really my thing but a decent beer for sure.

Bottle. Nice golden color with Some Orange hue and short lasting fizzy white head. Nice fruits at first with passion fruit and tangerine. Spicy yeast but quite light, with light vanilla and wine gums. Crisp and fresh with slight prickly carbonation. Nice light beer with good complexity and balance, very nice.

Borefts VI. Day 2. ’Craig has blue nipples’ post fest tasting in his room. Lightly hazy amber beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Airy palate. Light malts, little sweet and with a touch of dry cream. Touch of hops, little orange snd lemon cream, somewhat Sorachi like. Airy finish. Not bad.

Bottle at Brouw Oost. Pours hazy Yellow with a small head. Malty with a lot of modern eastern hops, nice with spicy food.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie, medium sample. Slight hazy golden to orange color, medium head. Aroma of slight caramel, bit fruity hop, slight citrus, biscuit, bit chalky. Soft bitter taste, bit caramelly sweetness, bit chalky again. Easy drinker.

Keg at the Earl of Essex - London. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a thick, creamy white head. Prominent saison yeast in the aroma, with secondary notes of dough and candied lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavor with a bit of lemon rind, citrus pith, yeast, simple doughy white bread, hayz. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Basic sugary dough and cereal to end, with mild bitter hay, some lemon peel, hay. Pretty simplistic but drinkable enough.

[ As Oedipus Vlier Kiwi Koos ].Hazy - murky matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, baking yeast, fruity, kiwi, elderflowers, apricot. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart kiwi, apricot, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140928]

Hotel tasting with Colin Theydon Bois. Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Light malts, sweet. Sweet floralness. Sweet spices, traces of lime and coconut. Light finish, touch of spice. A sweet tripel with a subtle twist. Nice.
