Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of dark sugar, prune and dark bread.Mid sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeeö. Dark bread and honey. Low bitterness.

Fruity, spicy taste with citrus, funky yeast, oak wood and mixed fruit. Fresh acidity. Mild citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Funky and refreshing. Nice one.

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 19 Feb 2025) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange peel, apricots and toast. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange peel, toast, caramel and a balanced spicy/earthy bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.
