At home, in Epalinges, yesterday. In my point of view, it is a solid ipa, perfectly citrus and bitter, rather good quality of hop, fruity, 04.03.20

Op tap bij Zeezicht, Castricum. Iets mistig maar toch bijna helder lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht funky, licht zuur, limoen, hint van Brett(?), tarwe, korianderzaad, mooie mix tussen witbier en een lichte sour. Lichte body. Smakelijk.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Mild sourish nose. Cloudy pale straw colour, good frothy white head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma lemon, grain, grass, herbal notes. Taste light sweet and light to medium sour, lemon, grassy, grain, herbal notes, faint barnyard. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, mild sweet and sour aftertaste, pinch of salt, refreshing, nice.

Optisch sattes Gold im Glas, in der Nase fruchtig, tart, hefig. Im Trunk würzig, Getreide, fruchtig, spät leicht bitter, trocken, passt.

Thanks fonefan! Copper colour with a small white head. Aroma is toffee, some toasted tones with mild wood as well as some herbal elements. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but also has a hint of burnt wet wooden tones.

33cl Blik, al van even geleden. Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag. Heel licht zuur, wat citroenschil, hint van tarwe, licht en fris. Gelukkig geen standaard natte zweetsokkengeur of kots zoals bij BW vaak het geval is.
