Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of dark sugar, prune and dark bread.Mid sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeeö. Dark bread and honey. Low bitterness.

(Draft at Bierlokaal de Uiver, Haarlem, 20 Feb 2025) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly yeasty nose with notes of citrus, funk and barnyard. Fruity, spicy taste with citrus, funky yeast, oak wood and mixed fruit. Fresh acidity. Mild citric bitterness. Medium body, dry. Funky and refreshing. Nice one.

Pours a hazy pale golden body and a dense white head with a thin layer retention. Aroma's: wheaty, sweetish, sweet spices, fruity. Retronasal it's fruity sweetish, light pepper. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light bitter with some spices. Light bodied. Light moderate bitter finish.

(Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 19 Feb 2025) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange peel, apricots and toast. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, orange peel, toast, caramel and a balanced spicy/earthy bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Can at home, courtesy of markoijelena, thanks dude! Pours pale, yellowish golden with a fizzy, quickly dissipating white head. Nose is citric and estery, rather faint altogether. Taste is tart citric, somewhat malty and estery, nothing’s too dominant and it’s rather lacking in intensity. Closes with an abruptly ending finish, has a light, actually kinda watery body and soft carbo. Kinda meh.
