Tap in the taproom. My knowledge about sours equals zero, but I sorta liked this one, it was refreshingly tart and fruity, with a definite but not overwhelming salty finish.

Draught. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, herbal and some mild floral tones to it. Flavour is crisp bready malts with some grass, grains and mild herbs as well. Refreshing, and nicely drinkable lager.

Bottle. Golden colour, mediumsized foamy head, which leaves lace. Aroma is citrus, grapefruits, pine, some tropical fruits and a bit resin and spruce shoots. Flavour is pine, fruity, nectary and some mild resin to it. Quite a bitter bite in the finish. Nice one.

Taste comprises toasted grains, straw, damp cloth, yeast esters, barnyard nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light puckering bite.
Tidy refresher for just 2.5%.

From tap at Patronaat, Haarlem. Aroma is a bit floral, yeasty, tad fruity with sugary orange. Mild to medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto da caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di color inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia e agrumato.

Aroma of ripe orange, mandarin, tropical fruits, spicy yeast, peppery, aromatic hops. Flavour is moderate fruity sweetness, with some nice hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Very enjoyable.
