No head to see, hazy yellow beer. Sourish nose with a good dash of acetic - others maybe malonic? Bit of spices/herbs (rosemary?). Apple, appleskins. Sour, strangely more wild ale than cider, farmyard flavours, and again this fleeting hint of rosemary. Hints at fruitsugars, but most is clearly fermented. Further hints as from Lindenblossom.Light body, almost no carbonation. Dry, acidthinning. Nice, if a tad still. Better than the sum of its parts.

Bottled. Lemony nose, grainy corn, DMS?, grapefruit. Dark golden orange color. Tangy flavor of citrus and tropical fruits. Sweet. Ok.
