Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of peach, chocolate, licorice, citrus and malt. Taste has chocolate, peach, citrus, orange, licorice, malt and grapefruit. Body is a little bit thin, but the flavors are nice.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and caramel. Pours almost black color with large soapy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light to medium sweet roasted malt and caramel, follows by dark chocolate, licorice, cereals and herbs, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium to full body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Pantyless party...

Bottle from Beerwulf. Pours a dark brown colour with a reddish hue and a large thick creamy beige head. Nice lacing. Aromas of chocolate, caramel, nuts and hints of roasted malts and brown bread. Taste is again the same notes as the aroma. Medium bodied with a very smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. One of the better Dutch bocks i have tried.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of smoked malt, caramel, wheat, peach, licorice and orange. Taste has zesty peach, smoked malt, chocolate, licorice, wheat, citrus, caramel and roasted malt. Good combination of flavors and very well made.

(Bottle, Oedipus Brewery & Taproom, Amsterdam, 29 Feb 2020) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with green apples, citrus and vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of green apples, glue, vinegar, old sweaty socks and a tart/acidic finish. More than medium body, dry. A mixture of cider and sour ale, really tart and quite tasty. Nice one.

(Bottle, Oedipus Brewery & Taproom, Amsterdam, 29 Feb 2020) Golden amber colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of white wine, oak wood, green apples and sour grapes. Fruity, tart, slightly vinous taste with oak wood, white wine, green apples and rhubarb. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a generous winey acidity. Very nice.

(Draught at Oedipus Brewery & Taproom, Amsterdam, 29 Feb 2020) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with oak wood, unripe fruit and lemon. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, peaches, green grapes and green apples. Almost full body, dry. Hardly any bitterness. Tasty and fresh, with a good lemon tartness. Very nice.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 26 Feb 2020) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, floral nose with white bread, orange, hay and flowers. Fruity, floral taste with notes of citrus, bread, yeast, grass and a mild floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit different, but fresh and tasty. Nice one.
