Lost track of this one in the cellar. Should have opened it well before now.
Crackery/crusty malts show a hint of Munich malt or something like that. Hops are very soft at this point, showing apricot and gentle, woody undertones. Very clean, airy, obviously nicely attenuated without any crude yeastiness.
Similar flavors with a distinct crackery character. Nice and dry with tons of fruity hops. Low bitterness but it's fine given the light body and low sweetness. Pretty incredible flavors for its size. Will give it credit for having more powerful hop flavors when fresh; as is, they're still delicate and lovely, and the beer doesn't lean too hard in the New England direction. No sloppy yeast, thick textures, etc....

Bottle shared with wife. Pours pinkish gold, slightly hazy, medium off white head, good lacing. Aroma is rasperries and peaches, yogurt, funk, mineral notes. Flavor is light tart, light funk, bright. Medium light body.

Can (3/11, drink by 7/13/26) from the brewery. Dark, cola brown, light sparkle, quickly fading fizzy head, no lacing. Aroma is strong toasted earthy malt (hint of woody smoke), sugary/dark fruit sweetness. Taste follows aroma with strong toasted earthy malt followed by dark fruit. Smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with faint molasses. Qualities typical of the style but slight nuance. Well done.
