6 3 6 3 12At In De Wildeman, Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with a ring white head. Aroma of herbs, citrus, green hops, light funk and tart light fruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cloudy yellow colour with no head. Aroma is not great. Lots of cut grass. Flavour is much better. Sharp and fruity with sweet peach in the finish.
