Description
The Wild Beer Co was born in 2012 out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour. We believe exceptional brewing stems from imagination and passion. Our beers are brewed using modern creative techniques and ingredients while producing some of the world’s oldest beer styles guaranteed to give you a memorable drinking experience.

Curious bought Wild Beer Co out of administration in a deal that involved the beer brands and intellectual property of Wild Beer Co, but not its Somerset-based brewery production facilities. The Curious and Wild Beer Co businesses were transfered into the hands of St Peter’s in 2023.

I picked this up at Jacks, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon Saturday 3rd August 2013 consumed at home Wednesday 21st August 2013 Gold with large creamy frothy white head, fairly clear, head sticking on way down. Soft in the mouth, really good interpretation of a saison, dry, touch spicy, good bittersweet bite, but goes drier and bitterer, bloody good, its lemony, fruity, tasty. Marvellous. The 50th rating of this bad bot. Bottle courtesynof nate2g, thanks! Cloudy golden brown color, huge white ice cream cone head. Bottle of floral meadows, dusty lemon, pepper. Taste is a bit astringent, possibly just due to age.

Bottle courtesymof nate2g, thank you sir! Hazy amber color, huge white head. Aroma is slightly medicinal, but there’s definitely a bit of bretty dustiness to it. The taste has lots of spice and some fruit, again with a dusty and funky edge. A good start, but needs work.

At Cask Pub & Kitchen with Harry. Plastic sour aroma. Airfix glue. I am somewhat impressed and disappointed. It’s ok but too much glue.
