330ml bottle online via AF Beer Club sub through Wise Bartender. Pours cola brown towards black with no head. Aroma: light roast, cola, nuts. Taste: light sweet & light to moderate bitter, dry, ashy & a little smoky, roast & cola hints. Light body with no carbonation. Nice aroma but it's lifeless and overall quite odd. Not great.

Bottle. Nose is sweet, vanilla, milk chocolate, hint of the mash tun smell common in low alcohol. Taste is vanilla, sweetness, almost sweeter, slight wort note, light bitterness in the finish, with very faint coffee. This is not a good a/f beer. Scored on the basis of being a/f.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Near black, fizzy head. Almost neutral aroma, perhaps a hint of vanilla. Mid sweet with light to thin body and clean mouthfeel. Cocoa powder dissolved in too much water with a touch of american diner-style coffee. No bitterness. Gluten free, alcohol free and flavour free. Like drinking vacuum.

Bottle. It's a clear dark brown beer topped by a small beige head leaving curtains. The aroma makes me think there's little body here, and I'm right. It's rather thin, even for a non-alcoholic beer, a bit heavy on the carbonation, and quite dry. Well, back to the aroma, which is motly roasted malts, with some burnt notes, toast and hints of prune and raisin. The flavor goes down the same road, neither sweet nor bitter, with some dark dried fruits blending in with the roasted malts and burnt, toasted notes. Quite long finish. A bit gentle this one, and at least to thin on the palate, else decent. 190609
