Cask at the green Berry deal, Kent. Very pale petrol green yellow colour with no head. Aroma is nice floral, sharp fruit, petrol and gummy bears. Flavour is nice sharp lemon, green apple and nice floral zing in the finish. Palate is medium dry, slight pucker in the finish.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a quick and large to huge, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sour apple, yellow apples, horse blanket. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111230]

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apple, ginger, star anis - cough syrup-like. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, spicy, ginger - anis, cough syrup. At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. Pale gold hazy lasting white head. Some refreshing apple flavour some sweetness. Quite a fruity apple cider. Pretty much ok quite likeable

At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Lots of ginger. Base cider is fine. Medium dry. Some biting ginger on the finish. I thought quite tasty
