Clear medium orange colour with virtuallt no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, tart apple, barnyard, apple skin. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, apple, sweet apples, tart apple, apple pie, earthy apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. Can at home, 01/04/18. Almost translucent meets faint pale yellow with no head. Nose is a touch muted, light apple, sweet notes, straw. Taste is sweet apple pie, grassy, sugars, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average fayre ... a touch sweet and inspid.

Can at home, 01/04/18. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is bitter sweet apple, light tannins, straw, sweet notes. Taste comprises medium sweet apple, light orchard wood, grains, sweet tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

BIAB at Darlington CAMRA 2018 Festival at the Voodoo Cafe. Golden amber colour, no head and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish fruity apple, caramel note with alittle apple skin and oak. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Crafty Nectar. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple & some light funk. Taste is sweetish, juicy apple, with alittle apple skin, some caramel and slight woody, funky notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle, 5.7%, as Craftsman Medium Dry Still Cider. Christmas present from Sarah & Jonny. Clear orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of light vinegar, woody funk and mellow apple. Taste is slightly tart, some sweetness, fleshy apple, caramel, with leathey barnyard, then juicy and some drying tannins. Smooth medium bodied, low carbonation, dry lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big elderflower, floral, veg stalks, sweet apple, soft fruit. Palate is semi sweet tangy, apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet apple,. Palate is semi sweet, soft carbonation. Good. Nice floral. Love the elderflower.
