On tap at Peders. Pours murky dull gold with a small white head. Musty wine grapes and some wold yeast on the nose. Flavour is quite tart, some oak, some musty grape skins. Pretty good.

Inky hazy purple color. Big cherry pits, vanilla, nice oak notes. Modest tart lots of cherry pits. Very dry. The vanilla, cherries and oak linger. Great

Sampled from the bottle at Tørst. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry tart fruits with an oaky sherry and light funk supporting. Flavor has a nice sherry and tart fruit combination with an acid bite backing.

Tart with blackberry prominence, berry skin, medium acidity and body, tart berry fruity finish.
Sour tart raspberry and cherry, cherry skin, medium body, tart fruity medley into the close. Beautiful.
Tart fruity with bites of orchard fruit, barnyard, horse blanket, funky tunes, straw, hay, medium body, oaks washed fruity tart close. Very nice.
