From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Citrussy aroma with lemon, funk, sour yoghurt, wheaty notes, grass, some pineapple, minerals. Flavour is nicely tart and medium sour with a dry finish. Nicely sour and funked up, excellent Berliner.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Big farmhouse funk aroma with barnyard, brett, fruits, citrus, touch of apricot. Nicely puckering sour and tart, light bitterness. Dry finish. Amazing, right up my alley Saison-wise. Dry, sour and complex. Loved this.

Bottle from the old location in NJ, 12/5/24 (2019: Bottled May 1, 2020). Pours a dark reddish color with a thin, fizzy head. Lots of sour cherry flavor, big old funk, wood, and a little rum barrel / booze as well. Pretty good overall. 8/4/7/4/16
A hazed reddish copper ale with rosey hues and a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light funk, light Brett, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, ground cherry, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, very nice and smooth. Bottle at mondiale 2024.

Still gravity cask.
Oooo that's a cheesy funk. Tons of oak and funk.
