Bottle shared in NH. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fading, foaming white topping. Lightly sweet with subtle juicy lemon, sturdy pale wood dryness, mellow salinity, balanced acidity. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Clean, citric finish, a little throat burn, more dry pale wood. Great stuff.

Bottle from the Referend back in their NJ days, 3/23/23. Bottled May 5, 2020. Reddish-purple color. Strong red wine grape on the aroma with some earth, funk, red berries, and mild vinegar. It's got less wood to it than I expected from the aroma, and it's less tart as well. Actually drinks a touch sweet. Nice wine-forward flavor profile here. Tasty stuff.
