Bottle pour. Poured a clear golden color with a small, fizzy white head. Aroma was big lemon, tart peaches. Flavor was dusty peaches, grassy, some light lemon. Tart. Really pleasant peach fruit, dry, with just a pinch of sourness. 2019 bottle. At a DCBeer share.

Bottle shared at CBJ. Cheers! Pours clear yellow with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with some tangy pale wood, a little salinity, subtle funk, bitter grass. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Twangy finish, lip-smacking, lemon peel, grass, some phenolic notes. Interesting gear.
This was top class.

2nd half Super Bowl drinking. Nose is funky citrus. Middle golden colored and bubbly. Tastes of apricot, gooseberry, lemon, tea, some cheese. Harsh tannic. Funky finish.

So much going on here thrown in as extra with a Referend trade but very cool stuff. Milky yellow orange pour and only few bubbles to top it off. Nose is grape must, wood, funk, citrus. Tastes of sharp apricot, woody, funky barnyard, wine grapes, strawberries. Tart and funky.
But tart but balanced with the cognac notes and oak packed flavors.

Bottle at home cheers to the end of my sorta dry January. Yellow orange and small head. Nose is funky, citrus and vinous. Tastes of apricots, cheese, barnyard, gooseberry, white wine grapes, peppery. Fairly tart.
Gnarly good spon Berliner strikes again! Whiskey BA adds some vanilla bite, mostly tangy Berliner notes that linger on the finish.
