Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf, Malmö. Grumlig gyllengul vätska utan skum. Murrig och jordig syrlig doft. Överlag en vinös bouquet. Övermogna druvor, fat, fuktig trä, löv, jord, en touch jordgubbar, cideräpplen allt lite lambicdressat. Elegant, komplex, rustik. Ruskigt gott
That's a lot of mushroom umami. Thick flavor, tart and savory.

On tap at Guest Izakaya, Stockholm. Hazy reddish with a small head. Quite tart with mostly vanilla and some blueberry. Also mild spices.

750ml bottle. Funky, tart and sourish with some oak and woody notes. Pretty balanced.

Keg at Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf Malmo, 18/11/22. Murky raspberry red with a crimson cap. Nose is tarte berries, funk, damp straw, acidic nostril tickle, damp wood. Taste comprises red berry skins, spice, damp cloth, herbs, hedgerow, damp oak wash, blackberry yoghurt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with an acidic rise at the curtain call. Solid.

Keg at Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolf Malmo, 18/11/22. Lightly hazed golden yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is pissy green berries, funk, wood must, dirty earthy notes. Taste comprises lemon rind, herb, funk, hedgerow, green berry must, vinous, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a good puckering kiss. Solid work for just 3.5% ABV.
Earthy and funky.
