[ As Guineu / La Quince Chocolate Black Velvet ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, caramel - sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Fat på Brewskival, fredag. Svart med gräddigt och krämigt beiget skum. Ganska rejält rostat och nästan lite brända toner av bränt gummi jämte lakritstoffee, vanilj, salmiak, choklad, kaffe. Hade gärna fått vara mer av både vaniljen och kakaon för att balansera upp smakerna. Helt ok.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pesca giallona, opalescente, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di mango, passionfruit, limone. In bocca è equilibrata, non eccessivamente amara, fruttata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.

Tap @ Craft beer Helsinki, Ullanlinna. As Cervesa Guineu / Toccalmatto Il Goloso. Poured dark brown color with a thin white head Woody, vanilla, roastedness and some red wine wibes in aroma. Flavor has red wine notes, vanilla, sweetness and wood. Long finish, full bodied. Tasty. I asked about the version from the brewer, this was not the barrel version.
