Cask at Raven & Bine. Hazy blood orange paleness. Frothy translucent white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Some as the flavour. Apple and sugary. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pleasent.

Orange to amber with a pinkish glint and topped with a crimson cap.
Nose is tangy berry fruits, hedgerow, herb.
Taste comprises apple skins, pink berries, blackcurrant, sugars.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Okay for a fruit cider.

Bag in a box at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Haze gold colour no head. Very rare and dry. Good apple juice and tannin character. Apple skins flavour. Dry finish. Good apple juice flavour with edge of dryness and tannins. Good
