On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. An unclear orange-juice looking beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma has pale malts in the back, and feels a bit one-dimensional on the hops, with grapefruit doing most of the job. Full-bodied and nicely carbonated, but it's perhaps a bit on the sweet side. Pleasant bitterness, some oat flavor along with the pale barley, and a grapefruit driven hop flavor. Some grass and generic tropical fruityness too. A bit one dimensional this one, but the oats add a nice touch, and in general it's an easy drinkable beer. 190608

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. It pours an unclear orange colored body under a dense, white head of finger-thick size. Some lacing. Fruity-sourish aroma with passionfruit, hints of gooseberry and a touch of pale malts. It's quite dry on the palate, full to medium bodied, with a light bitterness. There's some pale malts in the back of the flavor, with a light sourness and Brett funk, and a good dash of passionfruit and gooseberry. Generic citrus too. A pleasant and really fruity one, sort of IPA-ish, and the gooseberry-ish touch is delicious. 190608

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. An oily pour reveals a more or less black beer. Some light tan bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of caramel sauce, with some dark chocolate, a good dash of cocoa, a touch of brown sugar and vanilla. The tonka beans were quite subdued, and the alcohol dangerously well hidden. It's really sweet on the palate, full-bodied and with some alcohol warmth, softly carbonated, with flavors of caramel sauce, brown sugar, coffee, some vanilla and dark chocolate, hints of tonka and alcohol and then some more sweetness. Everlasting finish. A bit sweet, and even though it was well hidden, a bit too high in ABV, but it was delicious anyway. 190608

On tap at Håndverksølfestivalen. A lightly foggy golden colored beer wtih a finger-thick, dense, off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is fruity, with an earthy touch and pale malts. Grapefruit, some tropical fruits and a hint of grass. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate, nicely carbonated and quite dry, with a pleasant, soft bitterness. Mostly fruity flavor, with some bready pale malts in the back. Grapefruit and generic tropical fruityness. Long fruity finish. A quenching and quite pleasant one. 190608

Well stored bottle. Black body under a small beige head. Aroma of dark roasted malt and ginger. Taste is sweet, roasted dark malt, coffee, chocolate and quite distinct ginger. Balanced bitterness and warming alcohol. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Might not be super complex, quite straight forward imp. Stout with ginger – but really well made and balanced. Highly enjoyable.

Can. Black body with almost no head, just a thin beige layer. Strong aroma of dark malt, licorices, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla and tonka beans. Taste is sweet and boozy in a fine way, lots of dark malt, chocolate, vanilla and definitively tonka. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste with distinct tonka flavor.
