Hazy medium dark amber color. A bit bandaid and grapefruit in the noses. Sharp mouth that is slightly astringent. Modest bitter finish.

Bottle. Beermoth, Manchester. (Despite Scott’s non - recommendation). Hazy, orange gold. Very loose sediment produces lots of floaters, not that that bothers me. Film of white head. Nose has bread dough. Some tinny, metallic vibe. Notes of butter. Not a great start. Taste is earthy, metallic bitter. Harsh, tinny mouthfeel. More of the same on the finish. Wow. Missus got me this, thinking it might be a country tick, which it wasn’t!
