Cask at the Eltham GPO, Eltham. Amber/gold pour with a white head. Citrus, pine and vanilla aroma. Grassy-herb flavour. Light bitter finish.

Cask gravity at Tonbridge Siba 2014. Black beer lasting tan head. Great condition. Sour woody aroma. Ok chocolate. Sour dark fruits plum and damson. Strangely ok. Oak fruit and chocolate and sour. Odd. Not terrible but certainly challenging.

On gravity at AFRM Camra BF 2014. Clear orange amber colour lasting near white head. some tasty citrus hop on the finish. Quite a tasty finish though. Decent.

Cask at Westow House. It pours clear amber with a tiny white head. The nose is toasty, brown bread, caramel, honey, grain and light spice. The taste is toasty, earth, citric, brown bread, hay, leather and muffin with a dry finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. Not terribly exciting, but drinkable enough.

Cask gravity at The Dolphin, Hastings, Saturday 3rd May 2014 Amber, good clarity with white film head. Bitter from the off, dry the bitterness lingers. Tangy, twangy (my word of the day) fruity bitter. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bright clear gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth but pretty dry and with low carbonation. Malt is light and dry with some caramel. Mildly bitter hops, whisper of citrus. Dry finish. Itโs all a bit dry and flaccid and doesnโt go down well.

Draft House Tower Hill, Cask. Clear deep amber - brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft. Slight viscosity and mellow carbonation. Smooth malt, little cream. Just whispers of coffee and dark malt character. Pleasant juniper, well integrated and with nicely balanced fruit and spice. Finishes smooth. A tasty and unusual porter.

cask@Pratts and Payne, Streatham (9/3/2014) - pours a pleasing amber colour with a medium white head. Aroma and taste is light hoppy citrus fruity, most prominent orange and lemon, sweet malty, some grassy and floral notes to this, dry and bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Lyric - Soho, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a frothy, white head. Lightly doughy, pale bread in the nose with nips of grains and dirty hay. Light sweet flavor with nicely rounded bready malt character, some lightly toasted white bread, husky grains, hay, mild ripe orange. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Light bitter hay and grain finish with more well-realised pale bread malt structure, dirty hay, some orange rind bitterness. Pretty decent golden ale.
