Can. Mr. Pickles, Sheffield. Clear, bright gold. Ring of white head. Nose has grainy, sweet, bready malts. Light, dried herb hop. Notes of clear honey. Taste is light, honeyed sweetness. Light body. A little syrupy. Light sweet finish. Ok, but the dry hopping is escaping me.

Can with a stoopid truncated title design bollocks! Hazy gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth and surprisingly a little viscous. Modest carbonation. Soft malts, mildly sweet. Bitter floralness. Bitter pith. A little fresh orange. Mild peel. Bitter and a bit stodgy.

Keg at Shilling, Glasgow. It pours hazy with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sprizty, lemon sherbet, lactic tang and gooseberry. The taste is crisp, tart, bright, big mouth - pucker, lactic acid, loads of grapefruit and waxy citrus peel with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent sour.

Keg @ Cross Keys, Leeds. Golden with a thin head. Fruity pale ale, and fairly crisp too. Not feeling its strength at all.

33cl can from Beer52.com. An amber pour with a sparse white head; apricot aroma; rich and fruity in the mouth with an apricot taste and a resinous body; and a crisp bitter finish with a spicy warmth. Rather good.
