Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a clear pale yellow with a lively yet dissipating white head. Very dry, manure-like aroma - some tannins. Light body, dry and sulphurous, slightly astringent but not an awful lot of apple flavour really. Tannins. No traces of the elderflower though. Heavy carbonation. Rather odd. 100511

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Loads of beers shared with ChrisO and Harrisoni - Cheers! Hazy brown beer, no head. Sweet beer - almost cloying. Tangy licorice with (as ChrisO said) a touch of Fishermans Friend. A bit odd. Kudos to Felstar though - for trying different things!

Opaque black stout. Fresh semi dry palate. Lively tangy malt with a lactose sweetness and a distinct apples and pears fruity finish. Very drinkable with an unusual finish. Nice one Felstar!
