11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear dark amber with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Good looking pour. Aroma is malty, chestnut, bready, caramel, toast, biscuit. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slightly watery, soft carbonation. It's fine.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 14/09/24. Lighter shade of black with a khaki head that thins to the edge. Nose is dark malts, charr, herb, light roast, pine nip, bramble berries. Taste comprises dried fruits, liquorice, charr, herb, burnt toffee, light pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Okay CDA.

Cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly white head and a somewhat juicy tropical fruit aroma. Much more juicy taste wise with citrusy bitterness, a funky edge and a dry finish.

Clear amber brown with a frothy off-white head and sweet malt on the nose. Has a sweet berry fruit and caramel malt taste with a hint of spice and a dry bittersweet finish.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and sweet, light malt and a touch of lemon on the nose. Sweet biscuity flavour, hints of honey and sweet florals, just a hint of floral bitterness in the finish.

Hazy crimson with a bubbly pink head. Floral and fruity, subdued in the aroma but more prominent in the taste, mouthfeel is softly fizzy, sherbet-like with a light malt backbone, a little hop kick and mellow dry, slightly tart bitterness in the finish

Very slightly hazy golden amber with a bubbly/frothy white head. Citrus and pine aroma, very slightly chewy with grapefruit and pine bitterness sitting on top of a light malt backbone, creates a very nicely balanced bittersweet hoppy pale ale.
