I'll be making my closest approach to Wales in 2025 tomorrow - just one mile from the border, so it seemed appropriate to raid the cellar for this one bought there a couple of years ago. Golden in colour with a very traditional taste for these isles, it's a hoppy pale ale with a fair bitterness to it.

Lulu's version of 'My Boy Lollipop' only reached number 86 in the UK chart. This 'Lollipop' charts a bit higher in beer lists for me, with lots of subtle tropical fruit alongside traditional tasting ingredients from the British Isles and the combination is pretty tasty, within an easy IPA texture and strength. Tropical notes are most stated in aroma. Bought a couple of years ago in South Wales.

A 500ml bottle from the brewery. A enjoyable pale ale, citrus flavour & a nice level of bitterness in the finish. Different bottle of beer in my home No. 2033

500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Opalescent, orange golden colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral hoppy and minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, hints of petals. Taste is minimally grainy, pale malty with some residual and mildly bitter, floral hoppy, hints of petals.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Simple and monotonous - not that impressive.

A 500ml bottle collected from the brewery earlier this year and poured at home. A reasonable effort at a amber ale

500ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small, creamy, fading, off-white head. Mellow, caramel malty and slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of yellow stone fruit, apricot, a weak touch of fig. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty and mildly bitter, fruity hoppy, notes of yellow stone fruit, peach, apricot, mirabelle, a touch of fig and mandarine; loss of fruitiness leads to a minimally chalky finish.
Watery texture, smooth and super soft palate, fine, soft to flat, still efficacious carbonation.
Nice, sadly slightly ephemeral fruitiness, almost a tad insipid - OK.
