Hazed red-brown beer under good, dense yellow-brown head. Chocolate, cacaopowder & liqueurish alcoholnose; parsley & cilandro leaf. Dry, peppery & spidy aromatic in the mouth, with liquorice and cacaopowder. Bitterish-sweetish, well-balanced. Bit of dry-out effect, wry. Well-carbonated, medium bodied. Unspectacular, but pleasing; unpretentious dark beer.

Bottle claims 6.8%, rather than 6.4% Very good yellowish head, fed by lively carbonated orange beer with a faint haze. Creamy nose, bit spicy, spicy malts, faintly toasted. Even more spicy taste, pepper and rootspices, bitterish, on dry wholemeal pasta background. Bitter honey. Bitter chocolate warming up, yeastesters more obvious. Yet later, the bitterness finally acquires a hoppy (EU) streak. Medium bodied, quite slick; balance achieved in the palate. Nice beer, spicebitter instead of hopbitter, despite no spices used, apparently.

Huge, very dense, amberish coloured head, with some lace over orange-copper, well-carbonated beer. Quite (pale) malty nose, bit of caramel. More bitter than the nose suggested, hoppy touches over pale and cara(mel)malts; bitterness weakens gradually; whilst the caramel, warming up, increases. Pretty slick, medium bodied; faint alcoholimpression, well-carbonated, but not a real spritzy feel. Certainly not bad, if very classical amber, sorry, blonde ale; technically very sound.
