Description
Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. We are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and we chose the brewhouse of our dreams that could help us make these wonders of fermentation.

Keg @ Cellar Bar, Chester. Pours a hazy gold, small white head. Aroma is soft exotic fruits continuing to taste. Taste brings orange citrus, boiled sweets, juicy smooth with a confident hoppiness boosted by its strength. Good IPA.

Bottle from S’s UK trip at home in HK. Dark nearly opaque copper pour. Aroma is biscuit and cut grass - sharp. Taste is crisp, spicy, bitter, malty. Rye and sweet malt dominate. Medium palate. So so.

On keg, guest beer at BrewDog Bristol. Lasting creamy white head, laces well. Misty amber in body colour. Ripe citrus aroma added by caramel. Blended flavours of juicy malts, orange and apricot followed by a lingering bittersweet end. Fine depth. Nice and tasty. (01.05.2017).
