Chalky, funk and white glue. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light glue and funk but not really that interesting.

Big pop, as lots of brett has built up since this was bottled in 2016. On the nose, lots of brett, with a light pale malt note. There's a fair bit of brett, nice and dry, good pale malt character. Also a nice little fruitiness. I like it. Solid.

2016 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is pretty much all brett, which seems to have eaten up everything else. Flavour is huge on the brett, with earthy notes, some light farty notes, and bready malt. This is all brett at this point, but it's not particularly complex or clean. Good beer overall; perhaps it was a little better 1-2 years ago.

Bottle at Craft. Great aroma of strawberries and cream and a little spice, hoppy bitterness. And that's where my notes stopped...

Juicy, though not clean burning. Good beer for sure.

Flavour is composed of medium sweet, liquorice, nutty malts, little grass. Palate is medium sweet, frothy carbonation. ok.
