Can thanks to William. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and citrus. Slick body, pineapple, melon, grass, lingering bitterness, good.

Can shared in London - cheers! Pours murky orange with a light, creamy white head. Good and juicy, lots of citrus fruits, light yeast, pale bread, rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Juicy, moderately sweet finish. Tasty.

Draught at the brewery, 12/26/18.
Dark mahogany-to-coal. Tan head is small and quickly recedes to nothing. Undetermined clarity.
Nose is brownie batter up front but very quickly joined by strong lactose-like sweet-and-sour character lending an almost raisin-prune quality and creating some dark chocolate and cocoa notes. Strong vanilla on the finish with not noxious alcohol, yet still it's there. I guess there's a flour-like or cereal/biscuit character you could consider donut-like, but almost certainly that's because I want there to be one, knowing what the beer is trying to do.
In the mouth it's shockingly thin, watery, vapid and quite sweet, with punchy acidity from the lactose that doesn't balance the prune and fudge from the malt. Dirty, ashen, roasty notes on the end further create a disjointed picture and there's surprisingly little softness, no comfort and very little depth. Lots of sugar, lactose and syrup. Alcohol shows through easily on the finish, further loosening the texture. Low carbonation.

Soup! With a small, white head that steadily fades to ring.
Oh yeah, that's the ticket! Straight fresh squeezed OJ in the nose with soft malts and fruity yeast esters backing. Low on the bubble gum and absolutely no resin or alcohol. Round and bright with a good aromatic strength and intense juiciness going stronger as it warms. A bit of pineapple and mango in there, as well.
For all the cat pee and similar notes that this hop can have when it's off, I think it's still far more interesting and cleaner than 99% of Mosaic IPAs out there. No scallion/garlic/onion issues being the big thing, but also low pine being a huge factor. Here its seen in all of its juicy citrus glory with pineapple and mango accents and a soft, malty, well-attenuated body with tight carbonation and no alcohol, resin or flaw. Juice to the max and oh so soft and drinkable. Amazing.
