Bottle at the nuplastikk returns tasting in VA. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of hay, floral. Tastes of hay, floral, straw. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

750 ML bottle purchased at Kappy’s in Peabody, MA. Color is slightly hazy gold, no head. Aroma is very herbal with a mix of light sweet malts and maybe a tart lemon hint.
Flavor Medium sweet in flavor with dried flowers, bready malts, herbal grass, weak citrus. Palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied with a soft carbonation and a dry, spicy, herbal finish. It’s different but a gruit without a doubt. The almost flat mouth-feel bothers me.

750 ML bottle at Mystic. Color is bright hazy gold, no head. Aroma is tart lemons, mild gentle yeast, honey grain.
Flavor shows no acidic hints, light oak barrel, delicate flavors. Balance of tart and funk is nice. Mellow sourness with tons of sweet grains. The balance of sour and sweet is wonderful. Exceptional balance. I really enjoyed it which for me; is rare in the style.

6 oz sample at the source. Crystal clear gold color, no head. Aroma is off the chain. Apple skins, mild funky yeast, pale rustic grain. The flavor is almost like a flat cider with a mild Funk note in the finish. Mouthfeel has a texture that turns dry. Very different.

Taster at source poured from 375 ml apple juice color with no visible head. Aromas of lemon stone fruit apple and rustic funk. Taste is smooth and taste follows aroma no bitterness or tartness. Decent.

Draft at the source. Guess the color.. Yep its orange with some lasting head. Aroma is huge dank notes of pine, citrus and grass. That is what I am talking about! Big citrus followed by pine with a finish of danky grass bitterness in the finish.

Taster at the source poured from 750ml hazy lemon pour nice white lacing. Aromas of sour funk lemon and a hint of grain. Taste is tart crisp funky and is well balanced. Excellent brew.
