[ As Tudor Black Mountain Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to heavy chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, roasted, glat, fruity, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160218]

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, toasted, spicy, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, spicy, spicy bitter, cinnamon - nutmeg - ginger.
