On tap at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours hazy blonde with a large white head. Lovely, vibrant grassy nose. Flavour has crisp, dry grass, cracker malts. Very little carbonation, a bit soft on the edges, I suppose from the cask. Flavour profile is great, but I wish the carbonation was a lot higher.

On tap at Stillwell Freehouse. Pours light amber with a small haze and a white head. Lightly toasted crackers and dry grass on the nose. Flavour has crisp dry grass, crunchy cracker malts, gentle roast. This is a great Czech amber.

On tap at Stillwell. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Crisp dry grass and cracker malts on the nose. Flavour has dry spicy grass, cracker malts; a bit stale on the finish. Good carbonation. It's okay, but falls short of a proper Czech lager.

On tap at the old New Scotland taproom. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Cracker malts and a grassy tang on the nose. Flavour has cracker malts, crisp dry grass, slight tang on the finish. Not bad for what it is.

Old rating - A 500ml bottle collected from the brewery in the summer. Pours a light amber colour with a white head. Aromas of cereal & flora. Tastes of sourness, spice, tart & flora. Crisp dry finish. Very easy to drink. Outstanding.

Bottle shared, kind courtesy of Marko. Beauty in simplicity, this beer is an outstanding table beer: light, highly drinkable, refreshing and crisp yet layered and complex enough to keep you entertained. Lovely.

Bottle from the lcbo. Hazy pale yellow, with a large white head. Aroma is funky, tart with some nice stone fruit notes. Soft wheat, hints of mint, and Basil. Mouth feel is clean and bright, with a soft carb. Lightly tart finish, more stone fruit, light barrel and some vinous white grape notes.
