Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an amazing looking totally opaque glowing papery gold to tan to Thai tea colored body that supports a thin off white head. The aroma offers up an inviting blend of grapefruit, sour citrus sort of sour mash, salt and warm oxidized pineapple meat. Very nice. The taste starts with a puckering rush of acidic grapefruit and citrusy tartness flowing straight into an unmistakable saltiness. To midway it picks up a bit of bread doughiness leading toward modest grapefruit, citrus and salt notes closing off the experience. Solid. Wonderful.

Growler - consumed a while ago but never logged in - thanks Dak! Pours crystal clear orange, medium off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate, nice residual lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus, some peach, buttery but in the way I perceive citra hops, tropical mango, spruce. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, lots of stonefruit and wonderful exotic citra goodness, dank. Medium body, light lingering bitterness. Really good.

Pale golden colour, firm white head. Fruity aroma, wild funk, wheat, salty smell (didn’t know it was possible for something to smell so salty). Salty flavour, wheat, sour hints.

Being presumably a “table” beer I was expecting more like 3% to 4% ABV. Oh well. Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a mildly opaque gold body that supports a near white head. The aroma offers up loads of banana and coriander spice. It then gets a bit grassy and bell peppers like as well as some saison yeasty spices. The taste is soft and kind of sweet with coriander and banana like esters mixing with hops that are largely grassy and vegetable like with a slight green bell pepper sensation. Pretty nice Saison but a bit too sweet for my taste for this style.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a deep dark brown body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up malts, caramel malts, prunes,  dates and brown sugar. The taste starts with smooth sweet malts, brown sugar coated prunes and caramel malts. It just gets into more fruitiness with figs, dates and prunes into the finish. Nice.
