Growler - thanks Dak! Pours hazy peachy pink, small fizzy white head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is lemon, wheat, a bit floral but not a lot. Flavor is light tart, wheaty, lemon, floral notes. Definitely the hibiscus is taking a back seat to the base beer here. Light body, good carbonation. Very drinkable but again not as complex as some.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a tall light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up fresh citrusy and tropical fruity notes with lesser spicy, flowery meadow and resiny pine hop aromatics. Beneath all of this murmurs some green bell pepper where there are a lot of nuances going on here and they are going very well together. The taste starts sweet with malt enhanced citrusy and thin slivers of mango fruitiness. It then blends into mild resiny pine hops, some spiciness and a bit of green bell pepper. This is a great session brew with plenty going on in a seamless fashion.

Reviewing from notes at Great Nebraska Beer Festival. Aroma has a nice grainy, wheat character with some moderate lactic acidity and some nice lemon notes. Pours a rather clear, very pale, straw color with a big, rocky, white head that recedes somewhat quickly. Flavor has a nice wheat note and a touch of grain with moderate acidity. Some light citrus notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with light carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice clean Berliner on the lighter side of the Berliner spectrum. This had the malt character that I thought the raspberry berliner from Destihl was lacking.

Tap at CBC 2014. Light yellow in the glass, nice head. Sourish aroma. Starts mild sourish, light fruity-lemon notes, some grapefruit. Dry finish, a bit moldy. Okay.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Firstly terrible name for a beer. Pinky orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is honeysuckle, floral notes and light wit beer yeast character. Flavour is yeasty wit yeast, honey malts, and floral honeysuckle, slight fruit. Palate is a bit thin and watery, but refreshing nonetheless. Lingering hint to tart fruit and touch of sharpness.
