Bottle 1,5l, 2010-03-19 AP: black, wee maltyness AR: sugar F. melas/sugar, malt, no carbonation - I guess that this bottle was of!

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rubber. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100109]

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity slightly toasted aroma with some grainy hints. Sweetish grainy cardboard flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Bottle. Pours a brownish color with a small very fast disappearing off-white head. Has a swetish sugary caramel aroma. Sweetish caramel and sugary flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel finish.

Bottled (thanks T.M.). Yellowish golden colour with mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is mainly malty with some slight grassyenss as well as a mild touch of sour fruits. Flavour is quite much the same with a slight acidic burn to it. Quite typical Ysta "infectedness".

Draught@SBWF2009. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is fudge, diacetyl, some vegetables and mild grass. Flavour is diacetyl, and not much else.

Draught@SBWF2009. Deep nut brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is slighly infected sourness along with caramel, fudge and vegetables. Flavour is caramel, fruits and wood. Not as infected in flavour as the aroma was.

Draught@SBWFYellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, yeast and some quite herbal notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather bready malty way.

Hazy golden color, small steady creamy head, lace. Sticky, diacetylic and sour nose. Flavor is more diacetyl and toffee. Quick sweet bun finish. Quite infected feeling. (Btw, this can’t be a Vienna)

Golden color, small white head. Malty, perhaps a bit diacetylic, otherwise quite neutral nose. Sweet, corn, light diacetyl and grains in the flavor. Bland.
