Copper with a white top. Pineapple is the player here but it’s done in a way that it isn’t distracting. Lightly sweet pineapple and tropical notes, some toast and caramel. A very clean and reserved, yet noticeable pineapple makes this ultra refreshing. Really nice.

Total Wine Fairfax: pours clear copper with a nice off white head. Aroma is pine, pineapple, some citrus. Taste is somewhat bitter. Pineapple juice there but the bitterness seems to get the better of it. Grapefruit and the like also there. A solid IPA in all respects.

2013 bottle. Nose is chardonnay, French oak, grapes, lightly buttery. No sign of brett except a very dry finish coming through after a sweet start. Grapes, honey, oily and smooth. Like this.
