Hazy / cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly / frothy white head and a citrusy aroma. Fresh and zesty with a punch of fizz, some juicy tropical fruit, a touch of light biscuit malt and citrus bitterness to finish things off

[50cl bottle from a farm shop near Tarporley.] A pale chestnut pour with a thin covering of beige head; malty aroma with a hint of spice; bittersweet taste with malt and caramel; and a dry finish with some nuts and bonfire toffee. A complex, old fashioned bitter- one to savour slowly.

Handpull cask from the Salmon, Leicester. Dark brown and a little translucent. A big ring of off-white head leaving loads of lacing. Aroma is dominated by liquorice, some treacle and black malts. Sweet, sweet taste.more liquorice, tempered with a touch of savoury yeast extract. Notable btterness in the finish. Light body, soft to no carbonation. Pretty hood but too kuch liquorice for me personally.
