Description
You can find Enville Brewery nestled amongst the beautiful rolling hills and valleys of the South Staffordshire countryside. Whilst stables may not be the obvious choice for most emerging breweries, Enville’s founder could see that these unused farm buildings would be the perfect, if somewhat unlikely, home for a brewery. We have have been brewing award-winning ales here in the village of Enville since 1993.

[Cask at the Fox Inn, Chaddesley Corbett, Worcs.] A bright yellow pour with a tight cream coloured head; aroma of grains with just a hint of honey; bready body with some honey; then a clean citrus finish. Very pleasant and easy drinking.

27/1/2023. Cask at the 14th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of mild ginger, malt, caramel, sugar, touch of honey. Quite heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily and sticky, very soft carbonation. Quite an artificial ginger finish. Like ginger, but not keen on this.
