Clear gold with a white head. Aroma of peppers. First sip is hot, lip and tongue tingling burning hot. As the heat fades there is a bit of chili flavor which isn’t bad actually.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of fruit, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, citrus, yeast and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a spicy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Pour is a hazy peach color witha large white head. Aroma is a pleasant pine an citrus hop combo. Flavor is maybe a little less hop presence than the aroma lets off but it is plenty bitter. Finish is clean with not much malt presence. This is probably never going to win an award for best IPA but it’s pretty solid.

750mL capped bottle. So my friends (Keil and Clarice) say they taste cucumber but I don’t. Also, its not a cream ale. Its actually a really decent biscuity Belgian. Airy yeastiness as well. I like it but I get nothing related to cream ales or cucumber.
